Our Process
To submit a file (.ppt or .pptx) to our PowerPoint editing services:
- Drag and drop your file(s) onto our upload page or click ‘Browse or drag & drop your file’ to find and select the file(s)
- Select either proofreading or editing
- Enter the document details and instructions for your editor
Payment will be worked out based on the number of slides (not the number of words). We will then pair you with the perfect proofreader. All you need to do is wait for confirmation that your edited presentation is ready to download.
After that, we will email you when your edited document is ready to download from your user area.
You can then review every change we make, so you’re always in control of the final draft. And as well as PowerPoint presentations, we can work with files from PDFs to Google Docs. See our supported formats page for more information.

Express and Rapid services are subject to availability. If we are unable to provide a service at the time of your upload, its icon will be grayed out in the menu above.
